Standardization

Your organization's criteria, present in every conversation with AI

When each employee uses AI on their own, the quality of the result depends on individual expertise. NiuCore brings the company's rules, knowledge and procedures into everyone's work.

Rules

Instructions that are applied automatically

A rule is an instruction or a restriction that NiuCore adds to every conversation without user intervention: the tone of communications, mandatory legal notices, topics that must not be addressed, the format of deliverables. Global rules apply to the whole company; area rules, only to its members. Both add up.

  • Company-wide scope, or one or more areas
  • Automatic application, not subject to the employee's decision
  • Assisted drafting: describe the rule and NiuCore proposes its wording
NiuCore Rules module: the list of company-wide and area rules and, on top, the form to create a rule with its scope.

Skills

Recurring tasks turned into reusable procedures

A skill gathers the instructions needed to perform a specific task well: reviewing a contract against a checklist, preparing a report with the company's structure, answering a request according to a protocol. Any user can create one—also by describing what they need—and decide who uses it: only themselves, specific users, or the whole company.

  • Private, shared with specific users, or public for the whole company
  • Linked to specific libraries where appropriate
  • NiuCore templates that each company copies and adapts

Frequently asked questions

Can an employee turn off a rule?

No. Rules are applied automatically to every conversation within their scope, with no exception by role.

Do rules guarantee identical results across employees?

No. Rules and skills reduce variability by setting common criteria; professional review of the result remains necessary.

Who can create skills?

Any user can create skills and decide whether to keep them private, share them with specific users, or publish them for the whole company.
