AI models can produce inaccurate citations or references: every legal citation must be checked at its source. Not in its original form: NiuCore replaces client and matter data with placeholders before sending the text. Assessing compatibility with professional duties is up to each firm; the Trust page describes data handling in enough detail to do so.
How are client names without a recognizable format protected?
Through the firm's dictionary and automatic detection, which suggests the proper names found in the firm's content for an administrator to confirm.
Can a matter be limited to a group of lawyers?
Yes. A private area defines its members, libraries and rules.
Are the legal citations AI produces reliable?
They must always be verified. A firm rule can add that warning to every answer in the area.
