TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USERS
These terms apply to individuals who access NIUCORE at the invitation of an organization that is a Client of NIUCORE TECHNOLOGY S.A.S. (the "Company").
1. Who gives you access
You access NIUCORE because an organization (the "Client") invited you and assigned you a License. The contractual relationship for the Service is between the Company and the Client. The Client decides which Areas, models, connectors, libraries, rules and skills you have access to, and may reassign or withdraw your License at any time.
2. Your account
Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for enabling the verification mechanisms the Client requires. You must not share your account or allow anyone else to use it.
3. Proper use
You undertake to use NIUCORE for the Client's activities, in accordance with the Client's internal policies and the law, and to refrain from: uploading information that is unlawful or that you are not authorized to process; attempting to circumvent security mechanisms or access other Clients' information; reverse engineering the Platform; or using it for activities that may constitute a crime.
4. Oversight by the Client
NIUCORE is a work tool that your organization makes available to you. The Client's administrators, and the people to whom the Client grants the corresponding permission, can view your conversations, your contexts and your usage metrics, including those you keep private. The "Private" option limits visibility to other Users, not to the Client's administrators. We recommend that you do not use NIUCORE for personal matters.
5. Results generated by artificial intelligence
The results NIUCORE generates may contain inaccuracies, including non-existent references, citations or data. You must review and verify them before using them. NIUCORE does not replace your professional judgment and is not intended to support diagnoses or clinical decisions.
6. Connectors, actions and recurring tasks
When you authorize a connector, NIUCORE accesses the corresponding service with your account and on your behalf, within what the Client allows; you may revoke that authorization at any time. You choose how actions are approved: with your prior approval, through a plan that you approve, or by authorizing NIUCORE to carry them out without asking you. The recurring tasks you schedule run with your identity, your permissions and the Niucredits of your License. You are responsible for the actions carried out under the mode you have chosen.
7. Working memory and recommendations
NIUCORE analyzes the history of operations and the conversations of each Area's Users to build a working profile of the Area and recommend next steps to you. That profile is stored with sensitive information replaced, is specific to each Area and is not shared with other organizations. You see only your own recommendations. The Client's administrator may delete an Area's memory.
8. Your personal data
The Company processes your account data—such as your name, email address and usage records—as Data Controller, in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the NIUCORE website. With respect to the content of your conversations and the information you upload, the Data Controller is the Client, and the Company acts as Data Processor on the Client's behalf. Before sending information to third-party artificial intelligence models, NIUCORE replaces certain sensitive data with placeholders; this mechanism does not necessarily detect all data. To exercise your rights over your account data you may write to privacy@niucore.com; for the rest, you must contact your organization.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform is the property of the Company. The information you upload and the content you generate in the course of your duties belong to the Client, unless the Client provides otherwise.
10. Termination of access
Your access ends when the Client withdraws your License or your account, when the Service contracted by the Client ends, or when you breach these terms.
11. Governing law, language and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. They are provided in English for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version will prevail. For inquiries about the Platform you may write to legal@niucore.com.
