They do not train on your data
OpenAI, Microsoft and Google state that their business plans do not use the organization's content to train their models.
Comparison
All four options let your company use AI with a managed account. They differ in what the model provider receives, which models they give access to and where they work. This page compares them using each provider's public documentation.
Starting point
Any of the three is a significant step up from personal accounts.
OpenAI, Microsoft and Google state that their business plans do not use the organization's content to train their models.
Centralized management of members and access, with single sign-on.
Encryption in transit and at rest, and third-party audits such as SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 27001.

How to choose
The options are not mutually exclusive: many organizations combine their suite's assistant with a protected channel for sensitive information.
If your company works almost entirely in Microsoft 365 and needs assistance inside those apps: it is the option that least widens the circle of who receives your information.
For the same reason, if your company lives in Google Workspace and the assistant will be used mainly in Gmail, Docs and Meet.
If you want the assistant your employees know best and accept adding OpenAI as a provider: it covers administration and training.
If you handle third-party information you cannot hand over in full to a model provider, need models from several labs, or want rules by area and visibility of each person's usage.
In the open
For a fair comparison, NiuCore is evaluated with the same criteria.
It receives your employees' messages and stores conversations and the text of your libraries, on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
The sensitive data detected is replaced before sending and restored in the answer. The mapping never leaves NiuCore.
That is why anonymization combines three layers, a dictionary your company manages, and human review of the terms the system proposes to protect.
Every feature in every license, with active anonymization included.
