Memory and next best action

An AI that knows how each area works and points to the next step

Most AI tools start every conversation with no context: the employee has to explain again who they are, what they do and where their work stands. NiuCore learns from the real work of each area—who handles what, and what usually comes next—and uses it to anticipate and recommend each person's next action.

Area memory

How operational memory works

No one has to declare their duties or maintain an org chart: NiuCore identifies them from the team's real work.

  1. Work in the area

Employees carry out their tasks in NiuCore: they converse, consult documents and perform operations.

  2. Analysis

NiuCore analyzes each member's history of operations and conversations within the area.

  3. Area profile

With that information it builds a profile that identifies who is responsible for what and how the team's work is sequenced.

  4. Prediction

From the execution history, NiuCore anticipates what should be done next.

  5. Recommendation

Each person receives their next best action, and subsequent work refines future recommendations.

Next Best Action

Recommendations that prepare the work; the decision belongs to the person

Based on the area's profile and the context of the conversation, NiuCore proposes a specific action: preparing the follow-up email for a proposal, scheduling the meeting that was mentioned, completing the pending document. Accepting the recommendation generates a draft that the employee reviews and decides to send. It is not autonomous execution.

  • One specific action, not a list of possibilities
  • No recommendation when there is no next step of value
  • Does not repeat actions already taken

Contexts

The work of a conversation, available to the team

Each conversation generates a context—its summary, its history and its documents—that the author can keep private, share with specific people or publish for the whole company, deciding which parts to share. Whoever uses it always has the most recent version. The administrator has an inventory of the organization's contexts.

  • Private, shared or public with respect to other users, at the author's discretion
  • Oversight by the company's administrators
  • Choice of the parts shared: summary, history, documents
  • Never visible to other companies

Design safeguards

Anonymized memory

The area's profile is stored with sensitive data already replaced, following the same active anonymization flow as the rest of the platform.

Individual recommendations

Each user sees only their own recommendations; they do not access the area's memory or their colleagues' history.

Each area has its own memory

Memory does not combine the activity of different areas, not even that of a single user who belongs to several.

Deletable by the company

The administrator can delete an area's memory at any time.

Protection first

If NiuCore cannot anonymize the information needed for a recommendation, it does not generate it.

No model training

Enriching memory does not modify the providers' models or share information with other companies.

Human decision

No recommendation is carried out without the employee's review and sending.

Frequently asked questions

What information does the area's memory keep?

A profile of the area built from its members' history of operations and conversations: the responsibilities that emerge from each person's real work and the team's usual sequence of tasks. That profile is what makes it possible to anticipate the next step.

Can a member view the area's memory or their colleagues' history?

No. Each user receives only their own recommendations. The area's memory cannot be consulted by its members, nor does it expose one person's work to another.

Can an area's memory be deleted?

Yes. The company's administrator can delete an area's memory. From that moment on, NiuCore rebuilds it from the team's subsequent work.

What happens when a user belongs to several areas?

Recommendations are specific to each area. A user's context in one area is not shared with their other areas: what they do in one does not feed the memory or the recommendations of the other.
