Company resources, one tag away

When you type «@» or press «+», the chat shows the resources available to the employee: libraries, connectors, skills, contexts, team members and analytics. Each chosen resource becomes a tag inside the message, so NiuCore knows exactly which documents and tools to work with.

Models

The right model for each query

The employee chooses among the models enabled for their area or lets Auto mode pick the right one for each task. For every model, the selector shows roughly how many messages the balance allows and its capabilities, such as reasoning or image generation.

Action approval

You decide how actions are approved

When an answer requires acting on another tool — sending an email, creating an event, editing a document — NiuCore asks for approval before running it. The employee can change that mode so NiuCore approves on their behalf, or ask it to present an execution plan first to review and approve.

Visible steps

The answer shows its progress: validation, context analysis, documents found and tools running.

Automatic model switch

If a provider is unavailable, Auto mode continues with another enabled model and says so in the conversation.

File attachments

Up to 5 files per message, up to 5 MB each, which NiuCore reads as part of the query.

Session resources

Generated images and chat attachments are saved to Google Drive, OneDrive or a library, or sent via Gmail.

Context under control

An indicator shows how much context the conversation uses, which is compacted to free space as it nears the limit.

Which resources can be cited with a tag?

The libraries, connectors, skills, shared contexts, team members and analytics the employee can access from their area.

Can NiuCore run actions without permission?

By default, no: it asks for approval before each action. The employee can choose to have NiuCore approve on their behalf or present an execution plan first.

How many files can be attached to a message?

Up to 5 files per message, up to 5 MB each.

What happens if the conversation gets very long?

NiuCore shows how much context is in use and suggests compacting the previous conversation. At 95% it compacts it automatically.
