Usage capacity

The niucredit measures actual use of the platform

Each response consumes niucredits according to the model used and the length of the task: summarizing an eighty-page contract with the highest-capacity model consumes more than drafting an email with a lightweight one. In Auto mode, NiuCore selects the right model for each task, which makes the allowance go further. Each user's consumption can be checked in real time inside the application.

Niucredit top-ups

When a user needs additional capacity before the monthly renewal, the company can purchase a top-up for their license. Topped-up niucredits do not expire when the cycle renews: they are kept for as long as the license remains active. The topped-up balance is tied to the license; if the license is cancelled or expires, the balance is neither kept nor refundable.

Licenses that adapt to the organization

  1. Invitations with no user limit

    The company can invite all its employees at no cost.

  2. License assignment

    A license is assigned to each person who will use NiuCore; you pay only for active licenses.

  3. Reassignment

    A license can be transferred to another user in the company and keeps its cycle and its accumulated consumption.

  4. Automatic monthly renewal

    The license can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period.

Frequently asked questions

How does it compare with paying for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini business plans separately?

Each of those subscriptions is charged per seat and gives access to a single provider. A NiuCore license includes models from several labs, active anonymization and consumption control by area.

What is the difference between Profesional Standar and Profesional MAX?

Only the usage capacity: 15,000 or 75,000 niucredits per month. The features are the same.

Can plans be combined within the same company?

Yes. You can assign Profesional Standar to most users and Profesional MAX to those who need intensive use.

What happens to the topped-up balance if the license is cancelled?

The topped-up balance is tied to the license. If the license is cancelled or expires, that balance is neither kept nor refundable.

What happens when a user runs out of allowance?

The company can purchase a top-up or wait for the monthly renewal. Other users are not affected: each license has its own allowance.

What does the Free Trial include?

Up to five licenses per company for 30 days, with 1,000 niucredits each and access to the lightweight models in the catalog. Active anonymization is included.

What happens when the Free Trial ends?

Trial licenses expire after 30 days. The company's configuration, areas, libraries, dictionary and conversations are kept for three months after expiry: by subscribing to a license within that period, the organization continues where it left off. After that period the information is deleted, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Does the Free Trial require a payment method?

No. None of the Free Trial licenses requires a payment method. The first one is assigned automatically when the company registers.

What payment methods are accepted?

Card, through Mercado Pago. NiuCore does not receive or store the card number.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. The prices published for Colombia include VAT.

Is an electronic invoice issued?

A payment receipt in the name of NiuCore Technology S.A.S. is issued for each charge. Electronic invoices are not currently issued.

What support is included with the licenses?

Support by email and chat, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Colombia time). The Terms and Conditions describe how requests are classified and the service levels.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Licenses are monthly.
