The user describes the dashboard they need and NiuCore generates it with indicators, tables and charts. Dashboards draw on the platform's usage data, the company's own data or an external source, refresh on a schedule, and can be shared with other people in the organization.

Licenses

Each employee can check in the application the niucredits available on their license, what has been consumed in the cycle and, where applicable, the top-ups purchased. The administrator has the same information in aggregate and can reassign a license when the team changes, keeping its cycle and its consumption.

Scope of measurement
NiuCore records the platform's use and consumption. It does not automatically calculate return on investment: that assessment requires relating consumption to business results—time, volume of work, quality—that each organization measures by its own criteria. The platform provides the half of that equation that was not visible until now.
Frequently asked questions
Can the administrator view employees' conversations?
Yes. NiuCore is a corporate tool: company administrators with the corresponding permission can view their users' conversations and contexts, including those the user keeps private from colleagues. It is up to each organization to inform its employees about this oversight, in line with its internal policies.
Can consumption data be exported?
Yes. Data can be exported to Excel and the panel's charts can be downloaded.
Who can create analytics dashboards?
Any user. Each dashboard is built only with the data its author has access to from their area.
