Sensitive by definition
Health information has special protection. Exposing it to a third party compromises the institution before the patient and the regulator.
Healthcare
A healthcare institution handles sensitive information every day. NiuCore lets you apply AI to administrative, documentation and coordination processes, replacing patient data before it reaches the model provider.

The challenge
Health information has special protection. Exposing it to a third party compromises the institution before the patient and the regulator.
Pasting fragments of a patient document into a personal AI tool breaches its confidentiality, and the institution does not know.
Admissions, billing, quality and HR handle different information and processes, with different levels of sensitivity.
Protocols, manuals, guidelines and reports take up the time of administrative and care staff.
Active anonymization
ID numbers, phone numbers and emails are detected by their format. Medical record, admission and authorization numbers are protected with patterns the institution defines once. Patient and professional names are suggested by automatic detection, and an administrator confirms them. Protection is on by default and staff cannot turn it off.
Standardization
Each area works with its own libraries — care protocols, quality manuals, internal regulations — and with rules applied to all its conversations, such as using plain language or not giving clinical opinions. Answers rely on the institution's current documentation.
Applications
Illustrative examples.
Draft replies following the institution's protocol, for review by the person in charge.
Answers based on each area's current documentation.
Consolidating evidence and reports from the quality area's documents.
Agendas, minutes and follow-up of committee commitments.
Circulars and announcements in the institution's tone.
Usage by area and user to size the investment.
Scope
NiuCore is aimed at the institution's administrative, documentation and coordination processes. It is not a medical device or a tool to support diagnosis or treatment decisions, and must not be used for that purpose. Anonymization reduces the exposure of sensitive information; it does not replace the institution's policies or guarantee regulatory compliance.
